Plan Sponsor, Plan and Fiduciary are sometimes collectively referred to as “Client”. The Fiduciary has the authority to cause the Plan to enter into, extend or renew this Agreement. Client acknowledges that the disclosures made by Broker in this Agreement were provided to Fiduciary reasonably in advance of this Agreement being entered into and fulfill the obligations of disclosure under ERISA §408(b)2.
