This Agreement (herein the “Agreement”) is entered by and between KEY WAY MARKETS LTD, a company organized under the laws of Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) with its registered office in Office No. 2, 21st Floor, Al Sila Tower, ADGM Square, Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and the person who has successfully completed the Online Application Form to become a Retail Business Introducer or an Affiliate of the Company (hereinafter the “Introducer”), through the Company’s Website.
