This document ("Agreement") sets out the Terms of Service for the purchase of electricity between Our Energy, LLC ("Our Energy", "we" and "us") and you, the customer ("you", "your" and "Customer"). Customer and Our Energy may be referred to individually as a "Party" or collectively as "Parties" herein. Your electricity requirements at the service location or ESI ID designated by you on your Enrollment or Renewal Form will be served under this Agreement. Your contract with Our Energy includes the Terms of Service ("TOS"), your enrollment authorization in writing, by telephone or the internet, the Electricity Facts Label (“EFL”), and Your Rights as a Customer ("YRAC") document, as they may be amended from time to time. By accepting electric service from Our Energy, you have agreed to be bound by the Terms of Service of your contract.
