SALES PARTNER (CAMBODIA) CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") shall provide the iPhone Repair Services (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") at the shops (hereinafter referred to as the " Store" or "Stores") operated by the Company or its outsource company (hereinafter collectively referred to as the " Companies") as set forth below in the iPhone Repair Services Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions "). The Companies and their directors, officers and employees etc. are not affiliated with Apple Inc. Furthermore, the iPhone will be excluded from the scope of the manufacturer's warranty by Apple Inc. as a result of the repair work such as disassembly of the iPhone in providing the Service.
