This Exhibit Space Rental and Participation Agreement (the “Agreement”) is between the individual(s) or company (the “Artist”) wishing to participate in MiniComi 2024 event (the “Event”) and the Vancouver Society for the Creation of Independent Art (“VSCIA”) and the City of North Vancouver (the “Organizer”). Please read this document carefully as it is a legally enforceable contract between the Artist and the Organizer.
