This MASSACHUSETTS RENEWABLE ENERGY CERTIFICATE PURCHASE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is dated as of ____________________ and is by and between FITCHBURG GAS & ELECTRIC LIGHT COMPANY (“FG&E” or “Buyer”) and __________________________________________ (“Seller”). This Agreement provides for the sale by Seller of NEPOOL GIS Certificates, as defined herein, to Buyer. The Buyer and Seller are referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
