Cancellation of this contract forfeits all monies received up to that date. Cancellation must be in writing and is the sole responsibility of the Client to avoid any collections of future monies. This contract is considered void if the Client does not pay balance of rental fee or additional fees within specified time frame listed on this contract. In the event payments are missed then the Client will receive no refunds or exchanges and Cinema Ballroom staff may rent the event time to other interested parties.
