This User Agreement is a legally binding document valid as an independent document but also as a supplement to the User Agreement of the Relictum platform, in terms of interaction with the User in relation to NFT tokens, entered into with each User, personally or on behalf of a legal entity, and Relictum NFT, an NFT gallery owned and controlled by the company, duly registered on 10/25/2019 with registration number 201935998E under the name RELICTUM SOLUTION PTE. LTD., in compliance with the law of Singapore, with an office located at 149B TELOK AYER STREET #3, Singapore, hereinafter Relictum NFT, pertaining to the User’s access and use of the website https://relictumnft.market/, and any other form of media, media channel, the mobile website or mobile app, and smart contracts in any way connected to the website.
