THIS PARTIAL RELEASE OF LEASE dated as of the 30th day of April, 2014, by and between the City of Wichita, Kansas, a municipal corporation of the State of Kansas, duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of Kansas (the “Issuer”); Cornerstone Assisted Living, Inc., a Kansas not-for-profit corporation (the “Corporation”); and Security Bank of Kansas City, Kansas City, Kansas, a banking association duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of Kansas (hereinafter referred to as the “Trustee”).

WHEREAS, the City of Wichita, Kansas (the "Issuer") has heretofore entered into a Lease dated as of October 1, 2006 (the "Lease") between the Issuer and KSDD Properties, LLC, a Kansas limited liability company (the "Tenant"), notice of which is recorded as Doc.#/Flm-Pg 28828708 in the office of the Sedgwick County Register of Deeds; and

WHEREAS, the City of Wichita, Kansas (the "Issuer") has heretofore entered into a Lease dated as of May 1, 2015 (the "Lease") between the Issuer and KS1, LLC, a Kansas limited liability company (the "Tenant"), a memorandum of which is recorded as DOC.#/FLM-PG 29524653 in the office of the Sedgwick County Register of Deeds; and
