This Whitmore Recreation Area Joint Operations and Maintenance Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on , 2024 ("Effective Date"), by and between the Town of Mammoth Lakes, a municipal corporation, located at 437 Old Mammoth Road Suite 230, in Mammoth Lakes, California ("the Town"), and Mono County, California, a political subdivision of the State of California (“the County”). The Town and County are also referred to in this Agreement individually as a "Party" or collectively as the "Parties."
