THIS REAL PROPERTY TRADE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of December , 2019May 28, 2020 (the “Effective Date”) by and between THE MAYOR AND ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF SAVANNAH, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Georgia (“City”), and THE SAVANNAH COLLEGE OF ART AND DESIGN, INC., a Georgia non-profit corporation (“SCAD”).
