In addition to City’s parking easement, Woollam shall have, during construction and after expanding its business operations and providing notice to City that it will take control of stalls in the Parking Property, a nonexclusive, permanent and perpetual access easement over and across the Park Drive for the benefit of Woollam, its directors, officers, members, managers, representatives, agents, employees and visitors to allow said persons ingress and egress to and from the Parking Property.
