THIS RATIFICATION OF SURETY AGREEMENT is given as of this day of July, 2006, by RB Management, Inc., RB Distribution, Inc. RB Mark, Inc., RB Vest, Inc., Motor Power Industries, Inc., Allparts, Inc., and Dorman Products Distribution Ltd.
