(this “Lease”) is dated as of [ ], 2020 and effective as of the 3rd day of July, 2017 (the “Effective Date”), by and between the CITY OF ARLINGTON, TEXAS, a duly incorporated home rule city of the State of Texas (“Landlord” or “City”), and RANGERS STADIUM COMPANY LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Tenant”) and its successors or assigns, each of the City and Tenant sometimes collectively referred to herein as the “Parties” or singularly as a “Party” and amends and restates in its entirety the Original Lease, the First Amendment and the Second Amendment, as each is defined below.
