This Standard Quality Terms agreement (this “Agreement”) is effective as of the date on which Zeus expressly accepts, in accordance with the applicable Zeus standard terms and conditions accessible at www.zeusinc.com/standard- terms, a corresponding purchase order and/or applicable quotation (“Purchase Order”) and is by and between ZEUS INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTS, INC. (“Zeus”) and the other party corresponding to the Purchaser Order (“Customer”).
