THIS PURENERGY SUPPLY AGREEMENT (the "Agreement"), is made and entered into as of January 3, 2014 (the “Effective Date”) by and between 5LInx Enterprises Inc, a Delaware Corporation with principal offices located at 275 Kenneth Drive, Rochester, NY 14623 ("Buyer") and ChromaDex Inc. a California corporation with principal offices located at 10005 Muirlands, Blvd, Suite G, Irvine, CA 92618, USA (“Seller”).
