Buyer was the successful bidder at the Auction Sale and the purpose of this Contract is to memorialize the terms and conditions of the purchase of the Property, the amount due to Seller, Auctioneer and Broker, and the various indemnities and obligations of Buyer and Seller (“Parties”). Buyer acknowledges that a specimen of this Contract was posted on the Auctioneer’s website for Buyer to review prior to the Auction Sale and Buyer reviewed the Contract prior to making its successful bid for the Property at the Auction Sale.
