THIS PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this day of June, 2023, by and between THE SCHOOL DISTRICT OF THE CITY OF ERIE, hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”, and DANIEL FIORE SECURED STORAGE, LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company, hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”. The “Execution Date” shall be the date the Agreement is signed by both the Seller and Buyer.
