THIS PULPWOOD SUPPLY AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is effective as of the 1st day of November, 2010 (the “Effective Date”) and made and entered into by and between SMURFIT-STONE CONTAINER CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation (“Purchaser”), and ST.
