THIS PUBLISHING SERVICES AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of the 17th day of November 2009, by and between Playboy Enterprises, Inc. (“Playboy”), and American Media, Inc. through its wholly-owned subsidiary, American Media Operations, Inc. (which, collectively, shall be referred to herein as “AMOI”).
