This Publisher Agreement ("Agreement") is by and between HGTN Inc., d.b.a Affinity.com of 100 North Riverside Plaza, Suite 800, Chicago, Illinois 60606 ("Affinity.com") and you, the party identified in the Registration Form ("Publisher"). This Agreement includes all attached schedules and other agreements, policies, and documents incorporated by reference herein. The terms and conditions of this Agreement, including all referenced and attached documents herein, shall govern the respective rights and obligations of Affinity.com and Publisher. This Agreement shall become effective and binding on Publisher as of the date and time (as recorded by Affinity.com) on which Publisher accepts this Agreement by clicking the "I AGREE" button below. Affinity.com and Publisher are each also referred to herein as a "Party" and collectively the "Parties."
