THIS PUBLIC WORKS CONSULTANT CONTRACT (“Contract”), entered into by and between the Indiana Department of Administration’s Public Works Division (“State”) and XXXXXXXXXX (“Consultant”), is executed pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth herein and is governed by Indiana Code 4-13.6, et seq. In consideration of those mutual undertakings and covenants, the parties agree as follows:

This Contract shall commence and be in full force and effect upon the signing of the Contract and observance of the appropriate formalities. This Contract shall terminate by May 31, 2008 at which time all of the work called for under this Contract must be completed unless the parties mutually agree in writing to extend the term of the Contract, or, unless otherwise terminated as provided in Paragraph XV herein.
