This Contract of Employment made and entered into this 12th day of December, 2016, by and between Jefferson County School District No. 48-0008, commonly known as Fairbury Public Schools, a political subdivision of the State of Nebraska, with its primary offices in Fairbury, Jefferson County, Nebraska, hereinafter referred to as the "District" and Stephen L. Grizzle, an individual referred to herein as the "Superintendent."
