This Interlocal Agreement (ILA) is made by and between the Sheriff of Bay County, Florida (“Sheriff”), an independent constitutional officer of Bay County, Bay County, Florida (“Bay County”), a political subdivision of the State of Florida, the City of Panama City, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, and first responder agencies within the jurisdictional boundaries of Bay County, Florida (collectively “Agencies”) detailed within Exhibit “A,” attached hereto and incorporated herein, the Sheriff, Bay County, City of Panama City, and Agencies referred to collectively as the “Parties.”
