This Client Agreement together with its Appendix and the following documents “Summary of Conflicts of Interest Policy”, “Summary of Best Interest and Order Execution Policy”, “Risk Disclosure and Warnings Notice”, (together the “Agreement”), as amended from time to time, set out the terms upon which the Company will offer Services to the Client and shall govern the relationship between the Parties.
