Seller: Direct Energy Business Marketing, LLC Buyer: City of Lancaster, a California municipal corporation and charter city, d/b/a Lancaster Choice Energy Generating Facilities: Resource #1: ColGreen North Shore Solar (CEC RPS ID: 61666A), Resource #2: IP Athos Solar (CEC RPS ID: 63755C) Contract Quantity: Up to MWh of Product generated annually for a maximum total Delivery Term quantity of up to MWh of Product. Volume is contingent on generation from Generating Facilities with Buyer receiving thirty-five percent (35%) of the first MWh of generation from the Generating Facilities per calendar year.
