This Project Stabilization and Construction Careers Agreement is entered into this 14th day of December, 2021, by and between the Gavilan Joint Community College District (hereinafter the “District”), together with contractors and subcontractors of all tiers who shall become signatory to this Agreement by signing the “Agreement to be Bound” (Addendum A) (referred to collectively herein as “Contractor(s)/Employer(s)”), and the Santa Clara and San Benito Counties Building and Construction Trades Council (hereinafter the “Council”) and its affiliated local Unions that have executed this Agreement (referred to collectively herein as “Union” or “Unions”).
