This Purchase Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Name of Awarded Vendor , a State of Incorporation corporation having its principal place of business at Business Address of Awarded Vendor (hereinafter referred to as "Seller"), and Mississippi Department of Information Technology Services having its principal place of business at 301 North Lamar Street, Suite 508, Jackson, Mississippi 39201 (hereinafter referred to as "ITS"), as contracting agent for The Governor’s Task Force for Classroom Technology located at the Office of the Governor, 550 High Street, Suite 550, Jackson, MS 39201 or Office of the Governor, P.O. Box 139, Jackson, MS 39205 (hereinafter referred to as "Purchaser"). ITS and Purchaser are sometimes collectively referred to herein as “State”.
