PROGRAM GRANT CONTRACT (hereinafter “Contract”) is entered into by and between Orange County, Florida, a charter county and political subdivision of the State of Florida, (hereinafter referred to as the “the County” or “Agent”) with a mailing address of 201 South Rosalind Avenue, Orlando, Florida 32801, and Miracle of Love, Inc. a nonprofit corporation organized under the laws of the State of Florida, with a principal address of 741 W Colonial Drive, Orlando, FL 32804 (hereinafter referred to as “Project Sponsor”)
