This Third Amendment to Card Program and Service Agreement (the “Third Amendment”) is reached as of , 2017 (the “Amendment Effective Date”) by and between Longmont Downtown Development Authority, successor-in-interest to MMB-LDDA (“Distributor”) and Store Financial USA, LLC, successor-in-interest to Store Financial Services, LLC (“Store Financial”). Capitalized terms used in this Third Amendment and not otherwise defined have the meaning given them in that certain Card Program and Service Agreement dated July 23, 2008, between Distributor and Store Financial (the “Agreement”).
