THIS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT is made and entered into as of January 1, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), by and between the ATLANTA-REGION TRANSIT LINK AUTHORITY, a body corporate and politic and an instrumentality and public corporation of the State of Georgia (the “ATL”), the STATE ROAD AND TOLLWAY AUTHORITY, a body corporate and politic and an instrumentality and public corporation of the State of Georgia and , a corporation, authorized to do business in the State of Georgia (the “Consultant”). ATL and SRTA may be referred to individually as “Authority” or collectively as “the Authorities” and ATL, SRTA and Consultant may be referred to individually, as “Party” or collectively, as “Parties.”
