THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT (“First Amendment”) is entered into as of this March 1, 2022, by and between the City of Foster City, a public body corporate and politic, hereinafter called “City” and Renne Public Law Group (dba Renee Public Policy Group (RPPG)) hereinafter called “Consultant.” City and Consultant shall be referred to individually as “City” or “Consultant” or “Party” or collectively referred to as “Parties.”
