This Agreement shall be deemed effective on _, 20 (“Effective Date”) and shall continue in effect until the earlier of: (1) full performance by Consultant; (2) termination by District or Consultant in accordance with Article 7, below; or (3) five (5) years from the Effective Date. District is under no obligation to renew or extend the Term.
