Your relationship with RA Outdoors and your use of RA Outdoors’ products and services (including your licensing of RA Outdoors’ SaaS and/or Desktop Software, your use of Services, and/or your purchase or leasing of Hardware) are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and are between you and RA Outdoors. Capitalized terms are defined in Section 7 below, unless otherwise defined within the body of this Agreement, the applicable Product Attachment, or Schedule.
