Shenzhen Bestman Precision Instrument Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as Party A) and Peixian New Vision Marketing Planning Center (hereinafter referred to as Party B) after friendly negotiation, based on the principle of mutual benefit and common development, and in accordance with the relevant provisions of the contract law of the people's Republic of China, both parties have reached an agreement on strengthening strategic cooperation and Party A authorizes Party B to market Party A's products such as ultrasonic Doppler fetal heart sound instrument.
