Whereas the Board of Education of Yukon Schools, Independent School District Number 09-I027 of Canadian County, Oklahoma, hereinafter referred to as the "Board," said Board being legal representative of the electors of Independent School District Number 09-I027of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, and the Yukon Professional Educators Association, said Association being the certified representative of the professional educators of the district as prescribed by 70 O.S. 509.2, hereby enter into the following agreements regarding negotiations:
