This Prepaid Card Agreement contains the terms and conditions of the purchase and use of the Prepaid Card (Card) with Gesa Credit Union (Credit Union)."We" "us" and "our" refer to Gesa Credit Union. "You" and "your" refer to the person who has obtained a Card from us. "Card" means any VISA reloadable Prepaid Card obtained from us as provided in this Agreement and based on our policies and procedures. By obtaining a Card from us, activating the card, and by using the Card or by permitting anyone else to use the Card, you agree to the terms of this Agreement on your behalf and your authorized users.
