In accordance with Article 23 of the Shenzhen Premises Lease Contract ("the Contract") made and entered into by and between Party A and Party B on April 21, 2015, the two parties entered into this supplemental agreement (the "Supplemental Agreement", collectively referred to as "Lease Contract" together with the Contract) through consultations.
