ContractPremiere Mortgage Broker Agreement • August 2nd, 2005
This Premiere Mortgage Broker Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of , , by and between Lender (as defined below) and , a (“Broker”). As used herein, the term “Lender” shall mean Construction Capital Source (“CCS”), shall have executed this Agreement by signing below, and such affiliates of any of them as may become a party to this Agreement pursuant to paragraph 27, each as applicable depending on which entity is receiving the services from Broker provided for herein in the particular case. The term “Party” as used herein shall mean Broker and each Lender.
