This WELL Portfolio Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into by You (as defined below) and Green Business Certification Inc. (“GBCI”), and constitutes a binding agreement between You, on the one hand, and GBCI, on the other hand. As used herein, the terms “You”, “Your”, “Yourself” and “Owner” refer to the individual(s) or entity(ies) listed in the signature block below that holds all legal right to possess and control with respect to the real and personal property associated with the Portfolio, as may be implemented by a third party such as an architect, property manager or consultant who has been granted authority to act on Your behalf (Your “Agent”). As used herein, the term IWBI refers to International WELL Building Institute, PBC, a Delaware public benefit corporation, and its subsidiaries.
