This Portal Agreement (the "Agreement"), is made and entered into on April 5th, 2023 (the "Effective Date"), by and between Silicon Prairie Capital Partners LLC ("SPCP" or "Vendor") and American Stories Entertainment Inc ("Customer"). Each party to this Agreement may be referred to individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties."
