This agreement allows a member in good standing of the Ygnacio Wood Swim Club (“the Club”) to rent the pool facilities on a non-exclusive basis for the purpose of hosting a private party for the members of their household covered by their club membership and their invited guests for a 3-hour block of time during the Club’s regular hours of operation. Parties with no more than 40 guests are allowed and should be booked at least two weeks in advance to ensure your requested time slot is available.

An area inside the pool facility is available to host small pool parties. Pool parties can be held with some limitations. A two (2) hour pool party is allowed with up to fifteen (15) guests that includes swimmers and/or non-swimmers during regular pool hours. If you need more than two hours for your pool party a price can be quoted. Keep in mind the pool is open to all District pool members during this time. Parties with 16 or more people will not be scheduled during the day, due to overcrowding of the pool area. No pool parties will be scheduled for Memorial Day weekend, the Fourth of July or Labor Day weekend. Note change of pool hours mid-August during the week. This means once schools start no parties before 4:30 pm during the week.

Party dates may be reserved with fee paid and/or deposit in place beginning the Tuesday after Memorial Day. Pool parties can be held during normal posted pool hours for up to 15 people (Includes swimmers and non-swimmers) attending the pool party with some limitations, due to the pool is open to all pool members during normal posted hours.

The pool shall be reserved during the stated time and date for the use of the person named above and his/her guest. Prior to pool party confirmation Texas Aquatic Enterprises will verify with the Community Management Company and/or Homeowner Association that the renters is in good standing with the Homeowners Association. A “Guest” is defined as any person associated with the pool party within the confines (gated area) of the pool facility. All those using the pool facilities, during the time covered by this agreement, shall abide by all pool rules (i.e. Child Safety Policy).
