This Housing Agreement is entered into between Conference & Event Planning, Cal Poly State University, hereinafter called "CEP" and the Individual whose name appears below, hereinafter called "Renter." This Agreement is not transferable and may not be sold or reassigned. The Renter shall not permit any other person, not listed below as “guest,” to occupy the assigned bed space.
