This Special Custody Account Pledge and Control Agreement (this “Agreement”), is dated as of November 27, 2023, and is being entered into by and among MONTEAGLE FUNDS, solely on behalf of its separate series the Monteagle Enhanced Equity Income Fund (“Customer”), THE HUNTINGTON NATIONAL BANK (the “Custodian”), and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC (“Morgan Stanley” or “Broker”).
