Welcome to Walnut Creek Surf Soccer Club! This Player and Parent Agreement (“Agreement”) includes important requirements, guidelines, and expectations that help facilitate the Walnut Creek Surf Soccer Club’s (“WCSSC” or the “Club”) goal of developing athletes in a positive sports environment. Accordingly, each player and parent (which includes legal guardians) must sign an acknowledgement that they have read, understand, and agree to the provisions of this Player and Parent Agreement.

Violations will be assessed by the Coaches, Safety Officer and Board of Directors who comprise the Safety Committee. If action is taken against a player, up to and including removal from The Club, the decision is final. There is no forum for rebuttal and fees will not be refunded.

This program is intended to teach each player the mechanical, physical, and mental approach to baseball in order to better prepare them for their next level of play. Teams formed in August 2010 will run until July 31, 2011.
