THIS PLATFORM TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT, TOGETHER WITH ALL AMENDMENTS, AND COLLECTIVELY WITH ALL MY VIRTUAL VET, INC. RULES AND POLICIES, INCLUDING THE MY VIRTUAL VET, INC. PRIVACY POLICY, CONSTITUTE THE “AGREEMENT” BETWEEN YOU AND MY VIRTUAL VET, INC. REGARDING YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE MY VIRTUAL VET, INC. PLATFORM (“PLATFORM”). BY ACCESSING OR USING THE PLATFORM, YOU SIGNIFY THAT YOU HAVE READ THE AGREEMENT AND THAT YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE AGREEMENT.
