Temora Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from Plant operators available to provide contract plant hire for various plant items. Council will generally require wet hire of dozer, excavator, tipping trucks and dogs, and dry hire of rollers.

WHEREAS both the parties mutually agree to hire the Plant listed in the Schedule 2 ("Schedule of Plant"), on the terms and conditions of this Agreement, from the date of this Agreement until the completion of this Agreement or until this Agreement is terminated, whichever is the earliest.
