Contract Type FiledJune 13th, 2024This assessment tool complements the Reunification Assessment which has considered the child’s needs, parenting capacity, environmental factors, and the views of all relevant parties regarding the reunification plan. The Placement with Parents / Reunification Risk assessment is designed to reflect on the progress made through pre-reunification support, and to provide the evidence required to determine that the child / young person should now return home. This assessment tool is completed for all children being reunified home: Section 20: Reunification Risk Assessment. Looked after status ends when child is reunified home, child continues to be supported as a child in need. Interim Care Order / Care Order: Placement with Parents Risk Assessment.
