In view of the recent Covid-19 pandemic and the global development and the measures which may again be imposed, if necessary, by the authorities concerning the organisation of large-scale sport events and travel restrictions, it may be necessary to adapt the overall calendar.

Unless otherwise defined in this Agreement, capitalised terms shall have same meaning as in the FIS Statutes, the International Ski Competition Rules (ICR) and the rules for the FIS Cross-Country World Cup (WCR). In case of discrepancy, the definitions in this Agreement shall prevail over the definitions in the FIS Statutes, then the ICR and finally the WCR.

Data Protection Legislation: means all applicable laws and regulations relating to the processing of personal data and privacy in any relevant jurisdiction including without limitation Regulation (EU) 2016/ 679 the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and any national implementing laws, or any order, guidelines and instructions issued by a relevant national or judicial authority in England or the European Union.
