THIS PIPELINE LEASE AGREEMENT (“Lease”) is entered into the 8th day of November, 2006 to be effective November 1, 2006, by and between TE Products Pipeline Company, Limited Partnership, a Delaware limited partnership, hereinafter referred to as “Lessor”, and Enterprise GC, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, hereinafter referred to as “Lessee”.
